Noel Marie’s work as a nonfiction author reflects her interest in history, photography, the Southwest and women. She has written several books; three have won awards. Her most recent book “Reporting the Nuremberg Trials: How Journalists Covered Live Nazi Trials and Executions” won a national 1^st Place Nonfiction History Book in 2025 from National Federation of Press Women. She also won a book award for her memoir about becoming a foreign correspondent in China in during the Open Door Policy: “My Time in Another World: Experiences as a Foreign Correspondent in China.”
